Our 5th holiday at Finlake and once again we had a great time. So much to do within a short driving distance but lovely to return to the peace and quiet of the park. The food and service in the newly refurbished restaurant and bar were good and they staff were brilliant with our 2 year old. We will be going back again next year.

The staff at this park were second to none! The restaurant, bar and accommodation were absolutely the best we have seen at a holiday park and the standard of service was excellent including resolving any small accommodation issues. The activities for our sons, who were 10 and 16, were very good and the instructors were excellent. The football matches made my 10 year olds holiday! All in all our favourite holiday ever, made special by the staff and service.

First impressions of the park were that the park was really looked after. We felt really relaxed with helpful friendly staff that made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend Finlake to friends and relatives.

The park was incredibly relaxing (it was out of season) and was just what we wanted, the layout of the park and views was fantastic, you did feel like you were in Norway! The lodges were clean and well looked after and the park itself, you did not feel you were hemmed in by other people at all - this may be different in the height of the season however I have already recommended Finlake to my friends/family!

Really peaceful and relaxing, well equipped and very comfortable. The sauna was a a really great extra which gave the stay that extra special touch. Lovely views from the balcony across open countryside and we enjoyed lots of scenic walks and near by attractions. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would go again.

The whole area is very interesting, the park is in an excellent position near the A38 Devon Expressway, however you cannot hear the traffic at all! Its brilliant for fishing, horse riding, bird watching, walking, tennis and swimming. The park is only 10 mins from the moors, 20 mins from Exeter and 30 to 40 mins from Plymouth.

This holiday was exactly as described on the Hoseasons site. It was a fantastic holiday and we will definitely return next year, couldn't fault it really. First visit but certainly will not be our last. Thank you to everyone, even the security guard who welcomed us on our first night.

What an excellent holiday park. We took advantage of the tennis courts, swimming pools, golf and our own personal sauna. The restaurant offered excellent variety, with themed nights every night (Indian, Italian, Chinese etc.) The accommodation exceeded expectations - it was clean, comfortable and modern, and the staff were very friendly. A perfect base for travelling to attractions like Paignton Zoo, Canonteign Falls and Kents Caves.

A great place with the perfect balance between tranquility and activity, plenty for children to do of all ages onsite and also plenty of local places to visit such as funfairs, sealife centre and horseriding. Another good locality is the high street supermarkets, if choosing to self-cater there is no need to cram the car boot full of food for the week, simply buy it all when you arrive.

It was a fabulous holiday for us (1st holiday with a baby). It had all the amenities we needed for her, and also enabled a bit of romance for us, with the balcony in our bedroom, and the sauna.

Finlake is a great place to stay - our Woodland Lodge was amazing, not just the setting but the interior and cleaniness was first class. The facilities on site are great and the staff are always happy to help. I will certainly be returning soon!

This site has a fantastic gym if you are in to keep-fit. Also good sauna, steam room, pool and beauty treatments available. After a week in the gym I treated myself to a full body massage. Just the job!

From the moment we arrived at Finlake we were very impressed. The park is in an excellent location close to road links and attractions, yet is quiet and secluded. Our lodge was a two storey chalet, spotlessly clean and with all amenities. The views across the countryside were stunning and there was a good choice of meals in the restaurant, a nice pool, walks and play areas, and the staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. We would be happy to recommend Finlake to anyone!

The welcome from the staff was lovely. Each day we were made to feel special and welcome by everyone from the security guard to the waiter, the shop staff and the lifeguards. The amenities were good and looked after with pride by the park owners. We never felt that we were staying on a large complex, we felt as if we had our own little haven in the woods, even though we took full advantage of all the benefits that the complex offered. We had a wonderful time, just what we needed!

We had such a fantastic time at Finlake that after 2 weeks we were reluctant to to go home! It is such a relaxing and well thought out park. With facilities second to none, there is plenty for all the family to do. Located within easy reach of lots of nearby attractions, I can highly recommend this holiday.
